This the 76th Street Tattoo, located at the city area of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We were visiting them last week, while Pip (tattoo artist) was making tattoo on this Canadian guy. Lucky for us we were invited with friendly smile and Adrian, the representative of these tattoo artist showed us the tattoo tools, tattoo pictures (thanks guys!!) and he also gave us many info about tattoo history and advice. Luther on the hand, showed us the tattoo tools which were available for sale, and other tools which were used in their shop.

The left guy is Adrian and the other one is Luther. There are 3 tattoo artists who are capable to entertain the customers who are coming here. They got 2 tattoo artists who are working on part time and only work for 2 or 3 days a week. Here, you can also bring your own tattoo design or you can choose from the tattoo albums provided by them. Plus, you can also request for custumize design and discuss the idea on how you want the design to be made.

This is Pip(Tattoo artist) with the Canadian guy. He was busy on that time and wanted to concentrate working so, we didn’t have the time to chat. This Canadian guy told us he always wanted to do a tattoo. Finally, he decided to come and do it in 76th Street Tattoo - congratulation guys!! He was accompanied by his friend and already spent so many hours for tattoo making session. For your info, if you are doing big tattoo design or complicated and detail design, the tattoo making process will be divided into few sessions. Each session is about 3-5 hours, depends on the deal between tattoo artist and the customer. This is because the customer or the tattoo artist will be tired after 4 hours so they will continue it on the next session a few days later.

The tattoo pricing here is very reasonable and these guys are very friendly. If you are going to Kota Kinabalu on a vacation or business trip, please don’t hesitate to come by and visit this tattoo shop. Whether you are going for bornion tattoo design or other design, these guys will try their best to entertain you!!!

This is Jim, the tattoo artist. He gave so many tattoo tips, advice and info on tattoo making process during our visit there.

This guy is Jonathan(the piercer). He also got tattoo on both his arms (pretty one). He gave us the tattoo pictures which are made by Jim & Ian.

This is Black Ink industry. It is specialized in bodyart tattoo & piercing. There are 4 people running this business: Jennifer (piercer), Jonathan (piercer), Jim (tattoo artist) and Ian (tattoo artist). This shop is located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. My friends and I visiting this place a few days ago and these people were welcoming us with their smile and jokes and provide us with so much tattoo info and pictures (thanks guys!!).

This one of the picture taken inside their tattoo workshop. As you can see, the pictures displayed were taken during Jim’s (the tattoo artist) visit at Beijing on a Tattoo convention. Okey, for your info this Black Ink Industry was opened about a year ago. Here, you can bring your own tattoo design and you can also choose from the sample provided in this shop and the tattoo albums. They also make customized tattoo design if requested by customer. They are friendly people, and you can also give them comment and make discussion on the tattoo design that you are going to make.

About the Tattoo pricing, it depends on the size, colour and details. Although the design is small and using 1 coloiur but if the design is complex and very detail, so the price is higher than the multi-colour ones. But don’t worry, mostly the pricing is negotiable and reasonable.
